On the evening of Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, the Grayson Capps Band performed at Ground Zero Blues Club in Biloxi, MS. This was the first of two straight nights performing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in September of 2023. On the following night (Sat. Sept. 9, 2023), the Grayson Capps Band performed at Murky Waters in nearby Ocean Springs, MS. Two of Grayson’s longtime friends from his days of performing at the famous Birdie’s Roadhouse in Angie, LA, were “in the house.” Birdie’s Roadhouse was also one of The Southland Music Line’s favorite venues from our early years.
