Phil & Foster, Donna Hall Foster, Sister Sara & Truitt Williams at Jack’s by the Tracks (Dec. 3, 2021)
On Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, Jack’s by the Tracks in Pascagoula, Mississippi was the place to be for fans of the spectacular Gulf Coast Music Scene…. As they say, it was “one for the books”. One of the region’s most recognizable music duos, Phil & Foster (Phil Proctor & Stan Foster), performed at the birthplace of The Southland Music Line with a talented group of guests – Donna Hall Foster of Wet Willie (a member of both the Alabama and Georgia Music Halls of Fame), Truitt Williams and Sister Sara Smith. The former owners of Jack’s by the Tracks (Mark & DJ Garrison) were also there for this very exciting evening.
