“Under The Oaks” with Sugarcane Jane featuring Longleaf Drive (Mar. 13, 2022)
The Gulf Coast continues to grow as a destination for fans of spectacular live music. The region is home to a wealth of talented music artists and outstanding music venues. One of its newest venues, Under the Oaks, is quickly gaining recognition for its beautiful setting and top-notch shows. Located on Barner Road in Foley, Alabama, Under The Oaks is owned by John McCombs with shows hosted by Sugarcane Jane, the duo of Anthony and Savana Crawford (Anthony Crawford has recorded and toured with Neil Young, Steve Winwood, Dwight Yoakam and others; Sugarcane Jane has most recently been opening several shows for Dwight Yoakam).
The ultimate goal of Under The Oaks is to bring people from all walks of life together to enjoy music and association in a pleasant family friendly environment.
On Sunday, March 13, 2022, The Southland Music Line enjoyed its first show at Under The Oaks. The following photos of Longleaf Drive, Sugarcane Jane and the Under The Oaks venue were taken by photographer, Stephen Anderson.
